Low Voltage Technicians
Looking for JR & SR Level Low Voltage Technicians
These are some of the job requirements we have:
- Install and terminate low voltage cabling
- Test, label, and certify cabling installations
- Mount and install devices
- Mount and install devices such as cameras, access control panels, network equipment, and other structured cabling components
- Understand Safety
- Maintain clean and organized work areas on job sites. Follow safety protocols and industry standards at all times
- Willingness to travel as needed (company-paid)
- Ability to work both independently and as part of a team for these positions require travel. Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.

- What are the hours?
Night Shift - 8PM - 7AM is our standard hours for the current projects.
- Required Skills & Qualifications
- Experience with structured cabling and low voltage systems preferred (1–3+ years ideal)

- Basic understanding of networking concepts (IP addressing, switches, patch panels)
- How much does it pay?
Our Junior technicians start at $18/hr Our Senior technicans start at $25/hr ... and we pay a shift premium of $3/hr for nights
- Travel?
Some of our locations are remote and often rural. Hotel and travel is included and covered. These specific projects are 16 weeks in one location. Sunday Night - Friday AM

Primary Lead - Mishawaka, IN
Candidates should have experience with structured cabling and low voltage systems, ideally 1–3+ years, along with familiarity using tools such as punch-down tools, cable testers, and tone generators. A basic understanding of networking concepts—including IP addressing, switches, and patch panels—is required. Applicants must be able to consistently work overnight shifts from 8:00 PM to 6:00 AM and be capable of providing daily updates on project progress.
